This is what you can do to help us.

Do not come if you or your child are unwell

If you or your child are unwell, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible.

Cancel early

To avoid cancellation fees please let us know more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, we are required to charge a cancellation fee.‚Äč

Consider a telehealth session instead

If illness is not a barrier to engagement during the session, and if telehealth is appropriate for you (or your child), book a zoom session in place of a cancellation.

Sanitise upon arrival

When you arrive for an appointment, use the hand sanitiser provided upon entry, or thoroughly wash your hands with soap in the bathroom prior to sitting in the waiting area.

This is what we'll be doing to help protect you.

Our clinicians are now required to wear masks

The Department of Health has instructed all allied health clinician's to wear surgical masks for face-to-face consultations.

Frequent cleaning

We are committed to daily frequent cleaning of all surfaces and door handles.  All toys are removed and cleaned after use.

Kitchen closed

The kitchen will no longer be available to clients for use.  Please let us know if you require anything from the kitchen, including hot or cold beverages. We are here to make your time with us as comfortable as possible.

We will reschedule if we are unwell

The Social Learning Studio will contact you to cancel and reschedule appointments as soon as possible if clinicians are unwell.
